StudyAssist AI is a Chrome browser extension that uses artificial intelligence to analyze webpage content and provide study assistance, including answers, explanations, flashcards, quizzes, and study notes. The service is available in free and paid tiers.
3. Account Registration
To use StudyAssist AI, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Free and Paid Plans
- Free Plan: Includes limited daily analyses with our base AI model.
- Pro Plan: Monthly or yearly subscription with unlimited analyses and enhanced AI.
- Ultra Plan: Monthly or yearly subscription with the best AI model and premium features.
Prices are listed on our website and may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
5. Payments and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the extension or API
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use automated scripts to access the service beyond normal usage
- Resell or redistribute the service without permission

7. AI-Generated Content

8. Intellectual Property
The StudyAssist AI extension, website, branding, and all associated code and content are the intellectual property of StudyAssist AI. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
StudyAssist AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to academic outcomes, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
